Step-up your workouts and prove you're HardCORE with this new 10 Day TRX Boot Camp! Challenge yourself with a 30-60 minute group workout everyday for 9 Days and finish the 10th day with either a 5K, 10K, 1/2 Marathon, or Full Marathon. Choose your goal and represent yourself and TEAM TRX Boot Camp! HardCORE Boot Campers will train strength, stamina, speed, and flexibility while pushing to the limits in the abbreviated but intense 30-60 minute workouts.

TRX FUSION Boot Camp
(Outdoor Classes) Saturdays, May 29-October 23
**NOTE ALL SATURDAYS ARE NOW 7 AM**
ALL are welcome to join in the fun this summer as we move our TRX Fusion Boot Camp outside. No prior TRX experience is necessary in the TRX Fusion Boot Camp! This outdoor boot camp meets every Saturday throughout the summer from 7:00-8:00 am at the North Park on Ramsey Rd in the Middleton Hills neighborhood. Individual and Partner Training exercises are combined with the power of TRX Training to create a functional and challenging workout. This is a unique cardio/strength boot camp that will leave you feeling stronger, energized and accomplished. What a great way to kick-off the weekend!
Rain Policy: In case of heavy rain and/or lightning, the TRX Fusion Boot Camp will be moved indoors to the Middleton Fire Station.
Drop-in: $10 per class, kindly pay per class

The TRX Boot Camps combine strength training, cardio activity, flexibility, music, motivation and accountability to give you a fitness experience unlike any other boot camp you’ve attended. From the elite level athlete seeking an edge, to the recreational fitness enthusiast looking to increase overall fitness, Woodall Training TRX Boot Camps provide the structure and motivation to achieve your goals.

TRX Boot Campers train to increase functional strength--with a focus on core strength--as well as increase cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, coordination, and balance. What exactly is the TRX Boot Camp?
The TRX Boot Camp is either a 3 Week or a 6 Week Training Course, consisting of two or three weekly 1 hour TRX Group Classes and two Individual Workouts found in your TRX Boot Camp Guide. The TRX Group classes are extremely efficient and effective, and boot campers leave each class feeling challenged and accomplished! Throughout the 6 weeks, each boot camper has the opportunity to communicate fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle goals to the TRX Coach via email, and the TRX Coach advises each boot camper accordingly on how best to achieve those goals. Each boot camper is also assigned a boot camp partner whom they use for motivation and accountability throughout the course.
What is the goal of the TRX Boot Camp?
Keep fitness fresh! Instead of traditional weigh-ins and measurements as the primary focus, Woodall Training’s intent is to help encourage and create a healthy lifestyle through TRX training in hopes of carving a new and challenging fitness niche in each boot camper’s life.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What will I learn in the 6 Week TRX Intro Boot Camp?
Throughout the 6 Week TRX Boot Camp, boot campers learn a multitude of exercises and finish the course with a full TRX Exercise Library. After 6 Weeks, each boot camper will be able to safely execute almost 40 TRX exercises. A TRX Boot Camp Guide with each TRX exercise taught in the course is given to each boot camper. The goal is to introduce the TRX, show boot campers why it is so effective, and teach them how to use it safely on their own. Proper exercise technique is taught with each new exercise added, and progressions and regressions are always given so each TRX Boot Camper gets the workout experience they need.
Do I need to be active prior to the TRX Boot Camp?
The workouts begin slowly and safely progress in intensity and duration accordingly throughout the 6 weeks. No prior TRX experience is needed to join this boot camp, but boot campers should be moderately active and injury free before joining. A doctor's permission is not required, but is recommended since the boot camps progress into rigorous exercise.
Do I have to purchase a TRX to join the TRX Boot Camp?
Boot Campers are not required to purchase a TRX for the course; however, a weekly TRX Bonus Workout is emailed for Boot Campers who do own a TRX.
What are the attendance requirements?
By signing up, boot campers commit to attending all 6 weeks--sickness and last minute work exceptions are understandable, but please try to attend everything. This is the best way to ensure optimal strength and conditioning progress and there are lots of new exercises to learn! It is also expected that each participant perform the two extra individual workouts each week.
What if I miss a class?
TRX make-up classes are offered to ensure each boot camper gets the best training experience possible. If illness or work-related issues arise, you are highly encouraged to make-up those missed classes. All make-ups must be completed before the last day of your boot camp session.
Opting out of a class intentionally is not grounds for a make-up class. You snooze, you lose!!
How can I continue TRX Training after my 6 week Intro Course?
The goal in the first boot camp is to teach the basics and build strength and stamina so boot campers can continue using the TRX regularly in training. TRX Boot Camp II (Weeks 7-12), TRX Boot Camp III (Weeks 13-18), & TRX Breakaway Boot Camp (4 Weeks) are already very successful programs and many boot campers choose to continue on!
Where are the TRX Classes offered?
All TRX Boot Camp classes take place at the Middleton Fire Station 1. Click here for directions The TRX Mezzanine at the station was customized to ensure each person has optimal training space. You won’t find a brighter, more open or better equipped TRX space in the state!
How many spots are available in each class?
There are 19 TRX's hanging in the newly configured ‘TRX Mezzanine' at the Middleton Fire Station.

Will my Insurance Companies offer reimbursement for TRX?
Most insurance companies provide a stipend or reimbursement program for exercise programs. Woodall Training's TRX Boot Camps are approved for reimbursement through Unity's LINE Program. You must take a minimum of two consecutive boot camps to be eligible for the LINE reimbusement.

What is the TRX Boot Camp cancellation policy?
Full refunds are honored if the reserved space is cancelled within a week of the first day of class. Partial refunds are honored if boot campers attend one week or less.
I can’t make the TRX Boot Camp times work with my schedule. Is there another option?
Create your own TRX Boot Camp of 12-19 friends, and you choose the day and time that fits your schedules! Your group class is created to appropriately challenge the fitness levels of participants. Early mornings, lunch time, and evening classes are all available for scheduling. Contact Kari via email to schedule a group class with your friends.
