TRX DEMONSTRATIONS

FREE 1 Hour Group Demo

Learn from the company’s recommended trainer in the state of Wisconsin!  You gather the friends and pick the venue!  This is a great opportunity to get hands-on experience on the TRX. You’ll get a sample workout that is sure to challenge your entire body and will learn how to incorporate the TRX into your own workouts.  ANYONE, ANY LEVEL, ANYWHERE!! 

*Minimum attendance of 4 people, Maximum of 12

TRX TRAINING SESSIONS

Learn from the ONLY TRX Suspension Trainer Course Instructor in the Midwest!

Individual and Small Group Sessions:
It’s ALL CORE ALL THE TIME with the TRX!! Get the results you want quickly, efficiently, and effectively with this total body, functional workout. It’s your choice…indoors or outside, solo or with friends.

  • Detailed, hands-on demonstration of all techniques
  • Programs written based on individual training needs and goals
  • 1 Hour Workouts include warm-up, TRX training, TRX stretching
  • ½ Hour Workouts include 5-10 min warm-up & 20-25 min TRX training

INDIVIDUALS:
1 hour session: $60
1 hour session: $50 [price based on 2 or more sessions per week]
½ hour session: $35

PARTNER & SMALL GROUP SESSIONS:
Partner & Small Group Sessions use the TRX as the base training tool, while incorporating additional partner, strength, and cardio exercises designed specifically to meet your fitness goals.
2 people: 1 hour session: $45/person
3-5 people: 1 hour session: $30/person

 

TRX GROUP CLASSES

TRX Group ClassesCreate your own Group Class of 10-18 people, and you choose the day and time that fits your schedule!  Your group class is created to appropriately challenge the fitness levels of participants.  Early mornings, lunch time, and evening classes are all available for scheduling.  Contact Kari via email to schedule a group class with your friends.

ONLINE TRX WORKOUT INSTRUCTION

Individuals:
Take advantage of this affordable opportunity to have a personal coach at a fraction of the cost!  One customized workout is emailed each week which allows you to choose when you workout based on your daily/weekly time constraints.  Workouts are based on current fitness level and goals and they progress each week/month appropriately.  Feedback via email is encouraged, and subsequent workouts are adjusted accordingly.  An initial in-person 1 hour private training session is recommended prior to the written workouts. 

Individual Monthly Fee: $100 (4 Sessions)

Teams:
Looking for an edge? The best athletes in the country use the TRX Suspension Trainer to easily incorporate functional and innovative workout techniques. Professional athletes such as: MLB Pitcher Jamie Moyer, Philadelphia Phillies, NFL Quarterback Drew Brees, New Orleans Saints,and numerous Professional Ironman Triathletes all use the TRX to utilize the most innovative and up-to-date training methods. Get ready to go beyond your normal workout routine and train like the pros.

Team workouts are appropriate for ALL LEVELS and easily progressed and regressed based on initial strength and conditioning evaluations and team training goals.  Dryland workouts are emailed directly to the coach (based on a 3 week or 3 month cycle) and emailed feedback is encouraged.  An initial in-person 1 hour team evaluation is recommended in addition to the written workouts. 
 
Team Monthly Fee: $100 (4 Customized Team Workouts to be done 2-3x/week)
Team 3 Month Fee: $275** (12-13 weeks)
Initial Team Evaluation: $100

TRX TRAINING CANCELLATION POLICY

Please note cancellations must be received via email 24 hours in advance. If less than 24 hours notice is given, clients are subject to a 50% cancellation fee even if the session is rescheduled. If the cancelled session is subsequently filled by a new client, no cancellation fee is incurred.

TRX Boot CampBOOT CAMPS

You don’t have to be a professional athlete to train like one! Anyone can work out and feel as honed and toned as Michael Phelps by the end of these athletically-inspired boot camps. The boot camps combine innovative, Functional Strength Training with Cardiovascular Conditioning in an inspiring, natural setting.

 

Avoid the temptation to skip your workout by signing-up with your friends. Create your own workout groups and enjoy the TEAM experience. Get out of the health club and try “Group Exercise” in a new environment. It’s a great way to de-stress, socialize, and get fit while challenging and motivating your friends!

 

SPRING AND SUMMER OUTDOOR BOOTCAMPS

“Boot Camp at The Branch”

Saturday morning boot camps typically meet at 7:00 am in the Pheasant Branch Conservancy parking lot and boot campers jog up to a park for an hour workout. This is a unique cardio/strength workout that will leave you feeling stronger, energized and accomplished. Individual and Partner Training exercises combined with the power of TRX Training create a functional and challenging workout.

Weekday morning boot camps combine serene trail running in Pheasant Branch Conservancy with individual and partner strength activities. This weekday boot camp combination is sure to energize your body and take your fitness to a new level.

3 Week Outdoor Boot Camp Fee: $100 (9 Sessions)
Drop-in Fee: $10 per class
