Thank you to the 28 participants who represented Team Woodall Training this year at the Berbee Derby! We had a great turnout from the Middleton Fire District, Woodall Training TRX Boot Camps, and Woodall Baseball Instruction. We hope to grow our Woodall Training team each year!

Kari conducted a Stroke Clinic and Details Clinic for the 160 athletes as well as a TRX for Swim Coaches Clinic for the staffs of the attending clubs. Brad gave motivational talks on ‘Handling Pressure Situations and Adversity’ and ‘What it takes to be an Elite Athlete’. We were honored to be invited to share our enthusiasm for swimming and athletics and truly appreciate the gracious hospitality from everyone we met. see more photos
Maple Bluff Stroke & Details Clinics

Hooray for sunny weather! Thanks to the 15 swimmers and the coaches for hosting both clinics. We had a great time kicking off the summer swimming season--Good Luck!
Woodall Training Stroke & Details Clinics

Woodall Training ran the first semiannual Pre-Season Stroke & Details Clinic in Middleton, WI. We had a great turnout with around 50 athletes! Look for more to come this spring!
2nd Annual Jodi Lou Lung Cancer 5K Run/Walk
June 2009
Woodall Training was a proud corporate sponsor of the Jodi Lou Lung Cancer Run/Walk, which benefits the University of Wisconsin Paul P. Carbone Comprehensive Cancer Center. We had several representatives compete in the 5K race. All proceeds go towards Lung Cancer Research and more information on Jodi and this tremendous cause can be found at www.JodiLou.org.

Thank you to the coaches and swimmers from the DeForest Aquatic Club in DeForest, WI for hosting a Stroke Clinic from Kari--it was great to be back in my home pool! Half of the proceeds from the DFAC clinic will be donated to the Jodi Lou Lung Cancer Foundation on behalf of Woodall Training, so your support for this very important cause is much appreciated. Waukesha Express Clinics
Thank you to all the athletes and coaches at Waukesha Express Swim Team for hosting a Stroke Clinic and a HEAT Dryland Clinic. The older athletes also took part in a College Recruiting Basics talk. Everyone was very welcoming and attentive, and I’m honored to have worked with such a phenomenal club. The athletes were full of energy and were a pleasure to work with!
